Cili Health S.A. products are essential natural wholefood for the whole family. In respect of Infants and Children that are under treatment it is important to note that a healthy daily diet  (see lifestyle program building blocks) should be followed in addition to the following daily suggested dietary procedure. Please consult your medical practitioner’s if in doubt. The following products are required and intended to provide those natural nutrients that are lost or absent in today’s highly processed environment. 

Suggested incorporation of the Lifestyle Products into the daily diet of a Infant or Child that is undergoing Medical Treatment.

Breakfast

• Liquidize: one papino, 1 banana, 3 dates and 300 ml berry juice, add 1 tablespoons of Natures Choice's Magical Plus Plus omega 3, 6 & 9 seeds, add 1 heaped tablespoon of Cili Bao Breakfast meal, add two tablespoons of natural yoghurt and half a measure of (1 tablespoon) of Cili Bao Pure Fruit Elixir 

• Blend with 100ml mi (Dairy, Non Dairy, Soya, Rice or Goat) 

• Blend for taste 50ml of berry or fruit juice of choice.

• Serve within twenty minutes.

• This meal can be repeated twice and even three times daily.

Mid Morning

• One half measure of Cili Bao Pure fruit Elixir in fruit juice of choice.

• Can be administered in fruit juice of choice.

Lunch

• Add one measure Cili Bao Antioxidant Formula Polyphenols to a bowl of natural yoghurt or fruit salad.
• Administer 1 tablespoon of Cili Bao Pure Fruit Elixir un diluted blend with fruit juice and or skim milk
• Alternatively: Follow the Breakfast.

Mid Afternoon

• One half measure of Cili Bao Pure fruit Elixir in fruit juice of choice.

Supper

• 5 - 10 vegetables – slightly steamed – Liquidize and taken as a meal. Add one teaspoon cold pressed olive oil.
• One half measure of Cili Bao Pure fruit Elixir in fruit juice of choice.

When Retiring at night

• 9 Green Gem Chlorella tablets. Crush or dissolve tablets before administering.
• Can be administered in fruit juice of choice.
