Lorraine Krugel is the new Northern Transvaal Dual-thlon Champion, and she ascribes her world class performances to Cili Bao. She often says "Cili Bao has changed my life". This is not lightly said, coming from someone who won the World Championships in her age category in 1992.

Working towards winning another World Championship, Lorraine is never without her Cili Bao.
